the help I receive on a day to day basis from my Father in Heaven. I know with Him I can do hard things. I know Heavenly Father's help comes through other people. My parents have been a huge support to me as I have started this semester. My parents have always been there. My sister Elizabeth is a huge help to me. I appreciate her words of encouragement. She helped to remind me that I am someone worth investing in. I need to invest in myself.
I am also thankful for my sister Katherine. Her birthday is today. She now lives in Glendale, Arizona. I always appreciate the effort she puts into calling me and asking me how I am doing. I love how Katherine has become the crafting queen. She is very creative. She has a way of making things fun.

So today I took my stats exam. I got an 82%. I was so excited. The 82% was a lot better than the 70% I was thinking I might get. :) Hooray!!! I still have the take home exam to do. Luckily I can use my notes and book on it.
I tried out for the Big Band Swing team here at USU last Saturday. I was nervous for it. I tried to remind myself that it was all about the learning experience. I would come away being a better person because of it. I did the best I could. Although when it came to me performing my solo routine, I slaughtered it. I could only remember the first part and ran around in circles the second part. I did not look good. When it came to the couples routine, I did a lot better. I redeemed myself. :) This past Tuesday I found out that I made it onto the B team. I am super excited. It has always been a dream of mine to be on a dance team. I now get the chance.
I also want to say that I know more than anything that Heavenly Father answers prayers. He has been my source of strength. I know He strengths me on a day to day and moment to moment basis. I am eternally thankful for Him.

Update
It is crazy how the time passes. I can't believe I am already starting the third week of the semester. I am busy with studying. There seems to be a lot more studying this semester and the professors keep emphasizing how important the readings are. There is always lots of reading to be done. So far my stats class has not been too bad. I am overwhelmed at times but I think I get through it with a lot of prayer. :)
Last week I went to an Institute Openhouse. It was great fun. There was a dance. I went with my sister Amelia and my roommate Ashley. We had a great time at the dance. My roommate Ashley was telling me that she danced with this boy named Stephen in our ward. I thought she said, "I dibs him." So the whole night we joked about who was going to win. We had a dance off. This is mine and Ashley's new inside joke.
Another favorite thing that I like to do with my roommates is play JUST DANCE on the wii. We have so much fun dancing and laughing together. It makes for a good time.

I finally moved back to Logan. It feels good but at the same time it doesn't seem like reality. I live in Legacy Village. I am waiting to go back home but that is not going to happen. I can go home and visit of course. I love the sunrises in Logan. I saw one this morning. It was amazing. :) It made my day. I have awesome roommates. I can't wait until we have more fun together. Angie took care of me and showed me where everything was in our new apartment. The one thing I discovered about my apartment is that I have a swimming pool and a hot tub. I love it. I can't wait for school to start and what it will bring.

Getting ready for school to start...
I am getting super excited to start school this fall. I am starting my last year and a half of my undergrad. I will miss being at home with my family all the time. I can't wait for new adventures to start in Logan. I am most definitely excited for new roommates. They are one of a kind. The class I worry most about is my Psychological Statistics class. I hope I can pass.
